Caroline has 15 years of experience spanning academia and the healthcare industry. She specialises in non-dilutive fundraising, key opinion leaders and investor relations, and strategic advising for healthcare startups. Her diverse background includes innovation consulting, executive advising, and leadership roles in research and veterinary practice. She is also affiliate Research Fellow at The University of Edinburgh (Scotland, UK).

With over 26 years of experience, Francis is an expert in brand development, team leadership, and growth strategy for cosmetics, food supplements, and over-the-counter products. He has a strong background in financing, working closely with investment banks, funds, and family offices. He is also a Business Angel and selection committee member at Angels Sante.

Jean-Michel brings 25 years of multicultural experience in pharmaceuticals, covering wholesale, sale, retail for cosmetics, medical devices, and more. He brings deep strategic and business development expertise, having led initiatives at major firms including Walgreens Boots Alliance and Phoenix Pharma. He holds a PharmD and completed executive training at HEC Paris in healthcare strategy.
